To provide the best service to our customers, a size exchange is offered if you are not satisfied with your purchased size. The returned item must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, CLEAN and with HANGTAG & BAG. We will help you to re-select the best size for you once. Please contact us within 4 days after you have received the package. In case the hangtag or product is damaged, we do not offer a size exchange.
We do not accept refund/ returns if the product is tailored to individual measures for customer. If you have any problems, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you towards a mutually acceptable solution.

If we reach an agreement to send back the product, you should be responsible for the postage or tax when sending it back.
